Emily is a Clinical Intern Therapist completing her Master of Social Work degree at the University of New Hampshire. Before transitioning into the mental health field, Emily spent two decades working in veterinary medicine, focusing on animal behavior. Melissa’s passion for helping people find their inner peace started professionally in 2008 when she opened a business that focused on body, mind, and spirit wellness. Melissa is a Reiki Master and yoga teacher. Melissa believes that the evolution of self is endless. Her clinical focus is to bridge the gap between Eastern and Western medicine by giving people mindfulness-based practices that pair with evidence-based interventions. Melissa specializes in substance use disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Becky is Resident Therapist with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. Using a cognitive behavioral and person-centered approach with each client, Becky enjoys working with couples and individual adult clients to help them evolve into their ideal selves. Becky helps clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma work through these struggles and teaches evidence-based coping strategies that clients can learn to implement in their daily lives. Becky loves helping couples with everything from communication infidelity. A New Hampshire native, Becky enjoys travel and trying foods from around the world.
